Pastor Young Ho Chang & Susan Chang (Senior Pastor)

Pastor Young Ho Chang is the Senior Pastor of New Song Church, faithfully leading the church with a vision to unite all generations under Jesus Christ and to proclaim the gospel both locally and globally. Since joining New Song Church in 2015, he has served in various roles including Korean Young Adult Congregation Pastor, Associate Pastor, and missionary pastor in Ghana, where he helped launch New Song International Church. His heart for missions and generational unity continues to shape the church’s mission and direction today.

His wife, Susan Chang, is a visionary educator and missional leader. She is passionate about using education as a powerful tool for evangelism and discipleship. Through New Song Academy, she has impacted the local community, and her work has extended globally with the founding of New Song Academy International in Accra, Ghana.

Together with their daughter Gianna, the Chang family lives out a deep commitment to building God’s Kingdom—across generations, cultures, and nations.

Pastor Ronald Bang & Jae Bang (English Congregation)

Pastor Ronald is local to the Greater Seattle Area and knows that the west coast is indeed the best coast. Growing up in the church, Ronald stepped into his calling as a pastor in 2008 when God brought him to serve the youth at a small church in Mountlake Terrace. Since then, he's leaned on the Word to guide his ever step and in 2018, his family joined New Song Church as an English Congregation Lead Pastor.

He is joined by his lovely wife Jae, son Mayson, Elise and Ena. Jae is very passionate for all to find their true identities and worth in Christ alone.
